The Patricia Grand 1008

Good, clean accommodations. Oceanfront view. Peaceful, calming.

The stay is great. The only negative we had was the elevators. If you are planning on leaving between 9 and 10 you have a chance you wont catch an elevator.

I didn't like the room at all. The door didn't close all the way. You had to slam the door closed. The bed was like sleeping on a hard wood floor. The sheets didn't fit the bed kept coming off. The curtains in the living room did open. Didn't have enough toilet paper. The TV in the bed room didn't work. Had to clean the room myself. If I wanted to clean and take out my own garage I wouldn't have gone on vacation. I would never stay at that room again ever. But I would stay at the Patricia Grand again just not in that room or any other privately owned rooms. Oh and we came in on a plane got there early and even though no one was in the room and the room was clean we couldn't check on earlier.

Beautiful view, great location.

This was a great place to stay. The view in room 1008 has a full view of the ocean. I’d say the best view on this property without seeing any neighbors. For the price it was worth it. I’d stay here again. The restaurant, which has limited hours during off season, was excellent. Great food and drinks. Then there was a pool bar on the north pool side. Great drinks. There are 3 hot tubs, small indoor lazy river, 1 covered indoor pool and a large outdoor pool. Yeah the unit could use some minor cosmetic upgrades but didn’t stop us from having a great experience. Nice there were restaurants and fun things to do within walking distance. Loved it had parking to unload your vehicle first then park in the parking garage across the street.

The room was clean and comfortable and the view of the beach and ocean was great. And, unlike many other hotels where I've stayed, I couldn't hear anyone in the adjacent rooms. It was a pleasant, relaxing stay and I would definitely stay here again.
