This condo is located half a mile from the waters of North Myrtle Beach, less than a mile from the expansive shopping and dining complex at Barefoot Landing. You'll find plenty of golf courses within an easy drive, including Barefoot Resort & Golf (two miles northwest) and Beachwood Golf Club (three miles northeast), and fascinating tours and shows at Alligator Adventure a mile north. The Tanger Outlets are also just a couple miles south on Highway 17. On-site, explore almost three acres of pool area including a swim-up Tiki bar, a waterfall to cool off under, children's splash pools, and multiple hot tubs. You can even rent your own big cabanas for the day! You can even have fun in the water when the weather isn't cooperating as there is a pool, a temperature-controlled lazy river, and even more spas indoors! Shuttle available to get you to the beach. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by Dwell's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

The place definitely needs some TLC, multiple fixtures in the bathroom are coming out of the drywall. But I'm most upset about the parking situation. In the description of this listing it clearly states that you will have to drive down to the towers to use the amenities, but that is not the case anymore. If you do try to drive down, you'll be stopped by security and they will yell at you and tell you that you cannot park down there, you must park at your condo and shuttle down which is incredibly inconvenient. Especially if you have multiple items you want to bring to the beach like a stroller, chairs, umbrella, etc. We did walk down there with our stroller. It's an approximately 10 minute walk but we are a young couple whereas I'm sure an older couple would not appreciate that. I suppose you could also drive down, drop your stuff off and then drive back and wait for the shuttle but talk about all running around when all you really wanna do is relax on your vacation.

The bed was very comfortable and firm just how we like it to be. A very spacious kitchen for it to be a 1bdr place. The appliances were up to date and the decor was beautifully arranged. The most important thing was it was clean.

We had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. The place was clean. The cable started acting up but the staff fixed it in a timely manner. We enjoyed resort amenities such as the spa and the many pools. I would suggest not using for a family of 4 as the accommodations are small. It would be perfect for couples!
