The condo is in poor shape. There was a chair to the kitchen table that was broken. The lamp shades were bent and the threshold was not attached to the floor. The walls and baseboards are dirty and needs painted. The grounds and pools were very clean and well kept.

Me and my family had a blast while we were in SC. Partly because of how easy it is to get in and out of the palace. And get to the amenities around the hotel and beach. Walk to the beach in a minute everyone had stuff to do from 12-70 years of age. 5 people fit with plenty space for sleeping, and plenty of room for privacy. Also we got in and out without a hitch without talking to anyone. Rented the spot got the conformation and few day's before we left they we got a email with everything we needed to get in and out. And the folder explained everything we needed to do. Really easy really smooth. I wish everyone did rental like this! Five stars hopefully be back soon!!

Location of the place was great with free two parking spots. Very close to the beach and has indoor/outdoor pools. However, the place needs updating. The beds squeak, stained sofas, outdated furniture. I would not think this place is part of Marriott brand considering how run-down it is.

This condo was perfect, the view of the ocean, the closeness to Broadway at the beach and Myrtle beach state park and so much more!! We will definitely be back!!
