The condo was very spacious, clean, and very accommodating to our group size (7). If we could have stayed longer, I would have utilized more of the room. Great stay

I love that all the one had their own bathroom ,3 room had there on thermostat ppl can stand different temperatures. Nice&clean had pots&pan .will be nice to get a couple more big one.other than that everything wonderful. I will stay agaim

Loved that it is close to everything! The pool was a plus. You do have to drive or shuttle to the beach, which we didn’t mind driving. My friends and I enjoyed our stay there, and on the second night we got to see the fireworks from the balcony which was amazing!!! FYI the firework shows are on Mondays! Overall great!

Overall the place was fine. It was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, there were numerous maintenance issues that need to be addressed. The Master Toilet tops off every few minutes. A guest bedroom door hinge is severely damaged. There are exposed nails and screws that are a potential hazard. One of the guest bathroom light fixtures disconnected from the ceiling and shattered on the floor. Fortunately, we were at golf when this happened. We cleaned up the shattered glass when we got back to the Condo. One evening we could not get into the Condo. The door code expired for some reason. Vacasa was able to give us a new door code which was great. One of the guest bathroom toilets was leaking around the base. The Condo also needs a can opener. It also needs more than one dish towel and more than one dish rag. I notified the 24/7 Vacasa line of all the maintenance issues. They were always very prompt in responding that the "local team" would be notified; however, during our stay none of the maintenance issues were addressed. Quite frankly, I'm not sure why some of those maintenance issues were not addressed prior to our stay. Did the maid staff or prior guests not notice some of these things? The property is in a great location; close to golf and other things to do. It just needs some attention.
