15 or 20 mins from North Myrtle beach, plenty of room in the condo, great area where condo is, peaceful

When we arrived the door was standing wide open, which made us a little apprehensive. Being a housekeeper, I understand what’s expected of me when I clean a rental, and was a bit disappointed to see that standards seem to be lower for vacasas housekeepers. The door being open, Marks all over the walls, shoe marks high up on the walls, several of the pots and pans were unusable because of rust, and many of the cabinets were dirty and had spills either running down the front or on the inside. There were also food splatters in the silverware trays. The 4 queen beds were actually doubles and made the sleeping arrangements cramped. Also, the towel racks in the master bath were anchored very poorly and fell under the weight of towels. Otherwise it was close enough to the beach and other activities we were interested in that we still had a nice time, we made do with the other amenities, and utensils that were in good shape and Vacasa is wonderful to book a vacation with! The customer service is always prompt and quick to resolve issues.

Nasty, filthy beyond cleanable carpet and furniture. Lots of broken mix matched everything throughout. Beyond useable rusty pots and pans. Scarce and mix matched dishes, glasses and silverware. Lots of grease and food on all including carpets furniture. None of this is exaggerated! I sent 40+ pics. I can’t believe there weren’t more bad reviews. This didn’t happen overnight. Wish someone would have spoken up before we rented!
