Was still painting at check in . Was locked out of room for around 4 hours. Front desk sayed they couldn’t help. Called number that was given to us 4 times before anyone could tell us what to do. sayed they have someone call us back never did. On the fourth try got in touch with someone who knew what to do. They sent someone out. Told us he would call before arrival. Didn’t do that either.battery went dead couldn’t get in room. Call to speak to someone no called back

I was not made aware that this was a dog hotel. Vacasa should make sure potential guests are made sure they know this. I have owned dogs and do like them. There was one that lunged at my grandson and I saw a few urinating where people walk.
