Fan was broken in master unit and towels had bad odor in it. Cleaning and management needs to be improved

Location. Like the amenities of pool & lazy river. Liked the gym facility. Parking was good. Instructions for picking up keys was improved from last visit. When arrived at condo found master bedroom ceiling fan when turned on was very wobbly & noisy & seemed unsafe & did not use while there. Also was a crack in shower wall where a soap dispenser was attached in front right bathroom. Reported both of these issues, when received a text on how arrival was & was advised to send photos/videos back to them. Otherwise the condo was sufficient for our needs.

Rented multiple units from Vacasa. Not sure who cleans these places, but same issues in all of them. No soap in showers, dispenser was bone dry in all 3 showers. Unit was nice, but you can rent directly from Tilghman Resort instead of Vacasa. Had we known this we would have done so. You have to pick up keycard and then drop it back off at Vacasa office, which is not convenient.
