Beautiful view of the ocean. This resort is clean and well maintained. It's located in the middle of all the fun that MB has to offer!

We’re not allowed to check in early due to cleaning which is totally acceptable. Except we got to the unit and it was not cleaned. There were PILES of sand, blood on the duvet and it was pulled back like someone got into it after it was made, AC was set to 78 on a day over 90 degrees so then we couldn’t get it to cool down, no shower curtain at all, the microwave light didn’t work, TV remote would not work, it was one thing after another. We were not satisfied at all. I would not recommend if you expect what you pay for to be in working order, and clean upon arrival.

View from the balcony was amazing. Everything was as advertised. Beach in walking distance, plenty of food options around, plenty of entertainment around and ease of check in and checking out. Only negative I would say is yes as everyone says the parking building is tight. Especially if you have a medium to large suv or truck. Other than that the stay was great. Thank you.

My family had a great stay at the Patricia Grand 1604. The room was clean and had a decent amount of kitchen items and sheets/blankets. Side view of the ocean was great and the double size balcony was a hit with my kiddos!
