Our mini vacation was perfect. We've stayed in many beach condos and there are often small disappointments or even issues, but our stay here didn't have a single hiccup. Though not a huge unit, it met all of our needs. We particularly appreciated the separate AC units in the LR and bedroom for our varying temperature preferences. We didn't cook but the kitchen appeared to be stocked with all the basic equipment if we had wanted to.

There are two main reasons for the 3 star review. The first would be overall cleanliness. The room was not gross or disgusting it was just in need of a good deep clean. You can tell the cleaning services are only hitting the "major" areas and overlooking how dirty the baseboards and showerheads for example. The second reason is on the first night I became trapped in the bathroom due to the door malfucntioning. It happens no big deal. What was a big deal is this particular room is owned by a third party and so is the maintencance. There was no care, concern or sense of urgency shown for the situation. The bathroom was like a sauna. They do not have AC to them so it was well over 100 degrees. Luckily someone on sight ignored the fact it wasn't their room but still got me out anyways. The third party service was going to be over an hour getting there. Overall I would stay again because the location is excellent, the access to the beach is great and the pool area is really nice as well. I wish it would have just been a little cleaner and little more care shown for someone locked in a small, tight hot space.

This room felt like I lived on the beach. Every amenity you’d need was readily accessible. Prime location for activities and dining. Come on you’re literally ON the beach!! I loved it. Thank you for accommodating my vacation needs.
