Cocora on Church Street - B

Nice home but a few bug problems and little to no silverware utensils.

We received the information to access the house in sufficient time and we were able to get in on time. It is in a convenient central location in town, close to the things we were doing. The house was clean, had all pillows and linens, and had enough towels for everyone during our stay. The TV and AC worked the entire time and we didn't have any issues. Would've given 5 stars, but there were a lot of marks on the walls. I assume other guests have had too much fun there or people moving furniture weren't as careful as they should've been. Overall, it was a good place to stay for our trip and we'd most likely book again if we were visiting the same area of MB.

For a home that is only three years old, the walls need to be repainted. The screen door need to be fixed as it was broken in the screened porch. The previous renters had left the grill full of charcoal, there were some charcoal thrown on the ground on the side of the house, and trash was overflowing on the side of the house. The floors were very dirty and the toilet seat where the king size bed was located was almost falling off the toilet seat. I had to put it back on. It is a shame the home is was vey nice!

Absolutely amazing. Looks small from the pictures but it was enough space for 6 people and a 1 yr old. I definitely would recommend for a family vacation to Myrtle beach and it's also close to all the attractions which was a plus. Thank you for accommodating my family!!!!

Clean lots of space great area next to everything you can think of going to will def book in the future
