I can say anything wrong about this apartment, everything was as described in the listing, very confortable

Loved the location and the view from the deck. It was very clean and comfortable.

We love the location of this unit and the space for our family is great. This is our 2nd year booking this unit and would recommend it to anyone looking for a vacation. Negative is the parking garage is a pretty tight fit and hard to find parking on weekends. You need to drive to most places and risk not finding a space on weekends which seemed to be the worst.

Extremely Disappointed – Do NOT Book Through Vacasa or Stay at Sand Dunes Resort, Myrtle Beach I rarely take the time to write long reviews, but this experience was so frustrating and disappointing that I feel obligated to warn others. Our stay at Sand Dunes Resort in Myrtle Beach, booked through Vacasa, was nothing short of a nightmare from start to finish. Deceptive Booking Process
Before booking, I was explicitly told that we would have access to 4 beach chairs and umbrella. I confirmed this more than once because it was a big factor in choosing this property. I was told just to show up to the beach and mention you booked with Vacasa give them our room number and they would take care of this amenity for us. Once we arrived, we were informed that this was not true, and we would have to pay for them. So we were flat-out lied to. I spoke to a supervisor at Vacasa—Cortney and this was also confirmed by her. I was told she would look into it and give me a call back and never did. Not only was this frustrating and dishonest, but it felt like we were tricked into choosing this property under false pretenses. Unresponsive Management
Once we realized the issue, I called back to speak with Cortney. She never returned my call—completely unprofessional. I also called another day for a supervisor, April regarding another serious issue and—again—no return call. Both supervisors dropped the ball entirely, and Vacasa’s customer service was completely unresponsive and dismissive. Serious Maintenance Issues
When we arrived, there was no water pressure. That was just the beginning. One day during our stay, we had no water at all—meaning no flushing toilets, no showers, and not even the ability to wash our hands. This was beyond inconvenient—it was a health issue. One of our group members has IBS, and this lack of basic functionality was an impairment to him. On the final day of our trip we had no hot water made an already bad situation even worse. Filthy Conditions
The unit was not clean when we arrived. There were clothes left under the bed and nightstand, and the furniture was stained and dirty—the couch looked like it hadn't been cleaned , and the bathroom floors were disgusting. For the price we paid, we expected at least a clean and functional space, but this was far from it. Bottom Line: Don’t Stay Here and Don’t Book Through Vacasa
This experience was riddled with issues from the moment we booked. From being lied to, to ignored by management, to staying in a dirty, non-functioning unit, I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Vacasa is unreliable and misleading, and Sand Dunes Resort clearly doesn’t maintain its units or value guest satisfaction. Save yourself the money, time, and stress. Stay somewhere else.

I have so many pictures of how disgusting the pool area was. When I expressed it to Vacasa, they took no accountability and stated it's not on them. They also said I had a refundable deposit but when I check out after the stay and asked, they stated they do not do refundable deposits . Bad communication

Beautiful condo, perfect size for our group of 8. We were able to enjoy our time there without feeling like we were on top of each other.
