Everything was satisfactory. Very clean and comfortable space for vacation. We were able to see the ocean clearly and weren’t too far from all amenities like the pools and bar.

Spent the weekend with 4 friends. The condo was the perfect size and is in a great location. Several pools and steps from the beach.

If you're looking for a place to be right on the beach, plenty of pools to hang by after going out to the beach, convenient parking, some fun kid attractions at the pools, and close to the heart of Myrtle Beach, then this is for you. There's no real frills about the unit itself, one set of dishware, silverware, pots/pans and cooking implements, no spices, no vacuum, and basic appliances. There's no games for kids or books or anything of the like. Just furniture and TV's. However, if you find issue with the finer points of a rental that would make you want to return to this unit again and again, here's the rundown: there is water damage visible in the bathroom around the tub that has not been fixed for some time. The throw pillows on the couch had holes in them. The carpet in the master bedroom was fraying at the doorway. All of the closet and washroom doors were difficult to open/close and often fell off their tracks. The refrigerator was leaking water all trip into the bottom that we kept having to dry up. The dryer vent was broken and our clothes would catch on the broken plastic and it practically ruined our clothes. When we arrived there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher that looked like they were starting to get mold on them. Most rentals we've stayed at come with a welcome booklet or letter explaining on site or nearby amenities, but this unit doesn't have that. Overall, this felt like just another unit that Vacasa keeps in it's portfolio that has no personal touches to it, but it has a bed, running water and AC and is right on the beach, so it's a condo unit that serves its purpose.

The resort itself is nice, but since we went through Vacasa and not everything was disclosed through emails regarding what had to be done once the supplies ran out that was there upon arrival or no room service (cleaning, towels), I will have to think about it before going through Vacasa again. I don’t won’t to have to go through what we just did again. It may be better to go straight through the resort itself. The unit itself was cute, but the air conditioning in the master bedroom needs to be looked at and redone because keeping the curtains closed the whole week and having the door open during the day don’t prove to help anything. I would have loved to open the curtains up throughout the day to look at the beach.

I loved the view of the ocean from the room and the ability to hear the waves at night when going to sleep. The beach was not a very far walk.
