Lovely space for a group.. perfectly located

The house was very lovely and spacious. For 10 people, we were not cramped and had plenty of space.

Our stay had multiple issues that made the experience very frustrating from start to finish. We were unable to check in on time because the home was not ready. After we arrived, additional cars pulled up and it took 7 people cleaning at once to get the house prepared, which made it clear it was not properly cleaned beforehand. We were told we would receive some form of compensation for the delay, but we never received any follow up. The overall condition of the home was unacceptable. There were white stains on multiple bed covers, the floors and carpets were visibly dirty, and the furniture was worn. There were also broken cabinets and outdated cookware that should be replaced. One of the most concerning issues was finding what appeared to be human hair with blood on the garage floor. This raised serious concerns about cleanliness and safety. During our stay, we were also told someone needed to come check the dryer, which created uncertainty since we didn’t know if strangers would be entering the home while we were gone. We never received confirmation if anyone actually came. Communication was also lacking. At no point did the property manager meet us in person everything was handled through text. We even saw him nearby, but he left without ever introducing himself or addressing any concerns face to face. Additionally, the grills at the house were in very poor condition and not usable. We had planned to cook steaks during our stay and were unable to, which was disappointing since this was one of the amenities we were looking forward to. Overall, the home needs significant improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and guest communication. Based on our experience, I would not recommend staying here until these issues are addressed.

I did love the kitchen. I loved the cleanliness of the entire house. I loved that the kitchen was stocked, although a blender would have been nice.

Awesome house, was clean and ready when promised. Had all the things we needed and more. Will definitely stay here again.

Our trip was a success The home was spacious clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for the beach (walking distance), restaurants and stores was close by if needed. Tbe amenities in the home were available and we were able to use them with no issues We didn't cook, however, we ate out but no issues. The communication with the staff with questioned were answered and information regarding check was sent promptly. Our family enjoyed and will love to return in the future❤️
