Beaches and Birdies

The villa was clean, but a little outdated. There was carpet throughout, even in the sink area of the main bedroom. The bed in the main bedroom was very creaky when the slightest movement was made. It was very unfortunate that the pool was unavailable. The overall area was quiet and very relaxing.

Place was clean the area is quiet and relaxing.

I’m upset with Vacasa and its local team. The property wasn’t bad. It was clean and had what it said it had. Pool was closed which was a bummer for us, and the gate is like Fort Knox, you have to call even if you just have a door dash coming. I could look past these however we had no hot water. We were only there for 3 days/2 nights. I reached out on day 2 about the hot water and they said I would be contacted to fix it. No one contacted me or fixed it. Then there was a cockroach and when I altered them they said it was too far into the trip for a complaint and because of that I wouldn’t get any money back. Makes zero sense.

I really loved the view the golf corse setting and the overall setup.

Comfortable accommodations. Linens, kitchen, bathrooms were all clean and set us at ease. Comfortable beds and furniture. And a really nice screened in porch. But the strength of the place is it's location. A short walk to the restaurant and the pool. The driving range and chipping green was right outside the door. And if you want to get into your car, the beach and all of North Myrtle is just minutes away. Check-in at the security gate was efficient and friendly. All in all, a good place to stay for a short get-a-way.

The condo was amazing ! Very friendly people and the area was nice !
