This condo could have been great. There was lots of little things that added up to be big disappointments. Things like none of the tv remote batteries worked so any time you wanted to change the channel (mainly for the kids) you had to get up and switch the buttons on the side of the tv. Sounds like a silly problem, but try it with kids. It gets old fast. The main problem was that this was a non-smoking condo and it reeked of cigarette smoke upon entering. It was completely overwhelming. Having 3 children with allergies, less than ideal. My family had to spend money going to the store to get sprays to try and rid the place of the smoke smell. I would have never booked this place (with a non-smoking policy) had I known. The decor was nice in the condo. The living room furniture needed cleaning and the balcony didn’t have the same furniture on it as the picture when I booked it. My family is easy going (except for the cigarette smell issue) so we tried to make the best of it. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning. We wanted to love this place.

Upon entering our unit, it was clear it was a bit dated. The refrigerator had rust all up one side. The first morning there we wanted to have breakfast, when we pulled the pans from the cabinets we noticed they were damaged and the coating of the pans were peeled and chipped and we immediately put them back as they were not usable. The A/C is set to 72 and instructed to not lower past 72, making the unit warm and uncomfortable. The pull out sofa was inadequate, and should not be offered as a reasonable accommodation. The floors were filthy, not sure how often they are mopped. Vacuumed yes , not mopped. The bathroom was dingy, rusted toilet tissue holder and peeling from the walls near the tub. Location was great and setting on beach is beautiful but unfortunately, we won't be back given there are many more options.

It seemed to be challenging from the beginning. Our room wasn't ready upon our 4:30 arrival (check in time is 4:00), the elevator at the parking garage was out of order, our dishwasher was broken, the track to the sliding glass door broke, the DVD we rented got stuck in the DVD player, and the pool and hot tubs for the north tower (where we stayed) were drained and not accessible (something I strongly feel should have been disclosed upon booking...we would have reconsidered.) We would not recommend this place to others and do not plan to re-visit.

The stay was ok

This room is very nice and spacious. Everything was clean.
