Flamingo House 3 - courtyard

Came down to visit a friend. Decided to stay here. The property is very clean and tidy. I felt that is was the perfect location because it was 1 block away from the beach and there’s so many things to do on the strip. Spoke to some locals in the area and they told me that the summer is even better so I will definitely be back!

Upon arrival we noticed that the grounds were overgrown and had trash and debris in the yard and the common area. There was broken patio furniture pushed into corners. We booked this unit because it advertised 2 bedrooms with wireless router. There was only 1 bedroom and no wireless router. We called customer relations and were told that they showed no listed wireless internet. They had no comment about the missing bedroom. We were told that he couldn't do anything about this. We asked to speak to his supervisor and she basically told us the same thing. We tried several times to explain to her that we needed the 2nd bedroom and the internet access but were unable to get this point across because she never stopped talking and didn't listen to us. We finally asked to speak to her supervisor and she said she didn't have one and that "there isn't anyone higher than me". We asked to be moved to a 2 bedroom unit and she said she wouldn't do that. The unit had dirty floors, a musty damp smell and the faint odor of urine which they attempted to cover with 4 odor control devices. It didn't work! This was, by far, the worst experience we have ever encountered from start to finish. After arriving home, we attempted to contact Vacasa home office to discuss this and surprise there isn't anyone to talk to. All phone#s circle back to their customer service department. We ended up disputing this charge with our credit card company after unsuccessfully trying to contact Vacasa. We will never rent with them again.
