We were in town for the whole week for the showstoppers competition for our daughter. Overall, Vacasa was an ideal stay and we would recommend our friends and family.

We have stayed here the last 3 years as we couldn’t ask for a better hotel it’s very nice and clean and everything we needed was in our room will definitely be staying again . They are working on the beach right now and Vacasa made it right they wasn’t aware they was in front of the hotel until I notified them but they done right by it thanks

Traveled from Iowa by car to have just three days in Myrtle Beach. Sunday at 4 p.m. - Wednesday morning at 10 a.m. Air conditioner not working in this home, which had been a fear of mine seeing the earlier review from a guest in this condo saying the condo was extremely hot the whole time. Called right away, was told they were sending an "urgent request" to the local manager. Called three more times over the course of the night. All they could tell me was that the local manager was aware. We had nowhere to stay or keep our things. Same scenario the next morning when I started messaging at 7:30 a.m. I got a phone call from the local manager at about 11 a.m. and was told the air conditioner was totally done for and I could get a full refund, or get moved to a different room and refunded for the first night. I chose to move to a different condo. I think this condo would be great if there were no issues, but I have serious doubts about ever booking through Vacasa again because if you experience a big issue.....you're really helpless. It's not like you can walk down to the front desk and get someone to help you or move you. We were left totally on our own for almost 20 hours of our very brief trip.

We loved the cleanliness of the unit, the decor, the temperature of the unit was just right. Large fridge for all your groceries. Though we didn't need to use the dishes, the unit was well stocked. Plenty of towels and extra blankets. The view was so cool. The unit is situated where you have a lovely view of the ocean, though it's a partial view, it's still so nice. You also have some of the city lights to your right. We're looking forward to returning.
