The Dry Dock, Unit 302

The closeness to the beach was perfect. The condo was a perfect size for us. The primary bathroom shower didn’t get hot.

It was well laid out and not too bad for the money I guess. The rest of the place was fairly clean for the most part but the rest of the bad stuff just made it to where I may not ever go back there. To be fair, I did like how easy the parking was and the walk to the beach was super close too so that’s a big deal for me. But honestly the bad communication is huge to me. I’m still not sure I checked out properly because no instructions were given and no response when I asked and still haven’t gotten any communication from them since either.

We loved tge location close to the beach without killing our wallets! Great price , clean, had a pool! Only complaint needs elevator lol

We enjoyed our home from home. Will be using them again. Thanks for making it feel like home 10 out of 10

First couple days were good. As advertised. Close to the beach with a pool you could view from our deck. Pool was clean and a nice size. However, the last couple days the pool was closed for what seemed to be a very small issue. We attempted to communicate the problem with zero recommendations or updates outside of advising that we purchase day passes for a pool we would have to drive to and pay extra for. We spent hours on the phone attempting to get answers only to be told that we would be called with updates. We've been gone for 2 days and still haven't gotten an update. Big and and small problems can be handled when people understand what is happening. This was an example of terrible communication.

The place was great for our needs. The beach was a very short 1.5-2 minute walk from the condo and the pool was easily accessible and a great hit with my grand children.
