The condo is located close to the beach with great amenities. Pool, hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts. The condo is a nice set up with three bedrooms and two and a half baths. The kitchen could use a good set of pots and pans and the floors could use a good cleaning. The bathrooms had shampoo and conditioned dispensers but they were all empty so you need to bring your own. Including soap. Hand soap dispensers were filled with water.

So for the price, as long as we have a clean place to sleep we are good. This place was clean. Have no complaints about that. The beach is easy walk, 2 mins across street. It’s a quiet place and family oriented. Those are the good things. The whole condo needs to be updated. Furniture and decor are very old. It reminded me of my aunts from the 90’s and no one ever did anything else to it. The dryer did not work half of the time. The door in living room is hard to open and makes horrible sound. No lights in one bedroom, broken lamp. Broken shade in living room. We had 8 people with 2 small frying pans and a pot. It was very hard to cook meals. They are so old stuff stuck so bad. Coffee pot didn’t work. 3 forks. No parking passes were left so got a tow warning in first 8 hours. I did get a quick response from Vacasa. Small balcony only has 1 chair and rusted tables with a pot and some old artificial flowers. The place did us for 4 nights. We mostly enjoyed the pool. The beach was so close. It has such great potential if some money were put into updating. We would stay again except bring a lot more cooking supplies, cookware, and coffee pot with us.

We felt discouraged during several moments in our stay. Despite the amazing location and great layout of this unit, there were several issues that could easily be addressed and have yet to according to past reviews that I have read. The kitchen continues to be poorly equipped to support seven individuals (eg 3 forks). The hand soap was filled with water, the complementary shampoo and body wash were near empty. And although my text exchange with Vacasa was timely, their local team never resolved our issues even though we were told they would. The shower handle in the primary bedroom’s bathroom was filled with more mold than I have ever seen. The lamp in the same bedroom did not have a switch to turn on or off therefore, it needed to be plugged in and out each time we wanted to use it. The dresser handle in the secondary bedroom came right off and the toilet in this bathroom had difficulties flushing properly. The stove top was caked with grease, and once again, when told I would receive half the cleaning charge back, I still have yet to see resolution. Of the four remote controls for the living room, two of the controllers were missing the battery covers and did not have any batteries. There were also no instructions on how to turn the TV on and navigate to watch. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connectivity instructions on the fridge were different than the ones on the back of the modem. And it wasn’t until I texted Vacasa that we even learned that we could connect by looking at the back of the modem. And finally worth mentioning, the one twin bed in the third bedroom needed the mattress removed to fix the frame because the guest sleeping there was sleeping slanted for two days. It really is unfortunate that these issues have not yet been resolved because this has the potential to be a fabulous vacation home for many families and friends.

Location is great.

I stayed Thursday-Sunday and I’m so disappointed. I’ve had nothing but issues and the home was not cleaned to a hotel standard (which is already low) and they have not communicated with me. I’ve had to continue to reach out. After all the issues the manager is only willing to give a $75 compensation on an over $600 stay!
