Carolinian Beach Resort 0734

This one bedroom condo was perfect for myself and my child, with one queen bed and one kid bed in the same room. Apartment was very clean and comfortable, with a balcony view of the ocean. The building itself is literally right on the beach, and we enjoyed the multiple swimming options (pool, hot tub, lazy river).

The condo was clean, and the private washer and dryer were a huge plus. There were a few issues, though. The check-in process was confusing because our instructions said we needed a face-to-face check-in to receive our door code, but the front desk couldn't assist us, and we had to call Vacasa directly. Our stay also included breakfast at the restaurant across the street, but although I reported that we never received the breakfast passes and was told it would be fixed, we never got them. The refrigerator took nearly a full day to cool, causing us to lose groceries we had already purchased. Families with toddlers should also know the furniture and décor aren't very toddler-friendly and require close supervision. Overall, it's a clean, comfortable place with great amenities, but a few improvements to check-in, communication, and the refrigerator would make the experience even better.

Had originally booked a 2 bed room ocean front. Was upgraded in advance to a 1 bedroom condo because something was wrong with the lock on the room. Had ocean view not oceanfront, I was okay with that!!
