Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. There was mold on the ceiling in our room, which was concerning. There were no luggage carts available, and the front desk staff was not helpful when we asked for assistance. The pools were not clean, and the washing machine on our floor was not working. Overall, the experience was not what we expected and needs significant improvement.
