Staff members were available and prompt!!

The room is clean everything works

Great view. The place was spotless. The only complaint is that the mattress needs replaced.

We have been staying at this resort for several years now and noticed last year that the quality of the stay was not as good as we typically experienced. This year, it was less than ideal again, and we will no longer stay at this resort. We noted that the guest services staff were unwilling / unable to help answer a simple question, telling us “you’re on your own” because Vacasa manages the room. While I understand they may not have the ability to help, the delivery was unnecessarily poor. The room was clean, but it seems no care is given anymore to the experience or comfort of the guests. This is the second year in a row that the bed was extremely uncomfortable (very hard) and we noted this year that the little things that make guests feel welcome were no longer included - coffee, dish soap (although plates etc are provided - were we expected to leave those items dirty?). The prices have not lowered, but the quality of the experience has significantly changed - and not for the better
