Tilghman Shores A-3

Cute and cozy condo. Spent 5 nights with my family of four (kids ages 20 & 15). Overall the unit was very clean. Community was quiet. Even though we were on the first floor we did not hear any noises in the unit above us. The patio was nice overlooking the water and the turtles! It was very hot and humid during our stay, so we didn’t spend a lot of time out there. It’s a nice space. Perhaps the furniture cushions could be updated. There’s a clothesline and plenty of hooks to hang towels, etc. It’s a short walk to the beach and there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance as well. Good location. The pool was also very nice. We went for a swim everyday we were there. The unit also has a storage closet which was a convenient place to store our beach equipment. There was a cooler, wagon, beach toys, boogie boards etc. The kitchen had everything you need, but we did not cook while there. The dryer in the unit was not working during our stay which was disappointing. The local agent responded to us quickly when we told her about the dryer but it couldn’t be repaired before we checked out. I know they tried to resolve the issue and they communicated with us the entire time. I would stay here again as long as the dry is fixed :)

This is a very nice home with all the amenities that you should need. Close to some very nice restaurants and the beach. There is also a pool that you can use , we only used it once cause there were dead bugs and leaves floating in it, I guess this time of year they don't keep it clean. The only other down side was that it is on the first floor which is great, but you never know who will be above you. The first time we stayed there , there was no one staying above us, it was very quiet. This time there was these 2 guys above us and they were up 2-3 am in the morning walking heavy across the floor, dropping things and opening and closing the sliding glass door which is very loud. Kept us up all night long, no respect for quiet time. They left on Fri and a family came with 3 young children and were more quiet then the 2 adults that were staying there before them.So you just don't know if you are going to get rest or not!!

We booked this condo for our daughters’ first days of their summer break. We usually have our preferences on where we like to stay, however those were not options last minute, so we booked here and were just thankful the condo had good reviews. The pictures do not do it justice! The cleanliness, feeling as if we were right at home, and coziness of the place was AMAZING. The patio was our favorite spot to hang out, watch the turtles, and the decor is so cute. We will stay here again. 10/10 recommend!

Love this condo and the view. We had a great time. The check out time was early 10am.
