Needs some updating on somethings like the bed in master bedroom and the couch in the living room but other than that it was good

The stay was nice and close to the beach. The only thing I didnt like was the curtain rod was broken so I couldn't close the curtains when I needed to change clothes. Also it was hard for me to sleep at night when the vacation rental next door had bright lights on and I couldn't use the curtains to block the light.

The carpet was old and musty. The furniture was a bit outdated. The showers had very little water pressure. We were told the pool was closed when we were there. Also, the jacuzzi was filthy; it had hair and trash floating around in it.

The issue wasn’t the room but on the day of check out we had to be out by 10 AM. My mother in law got stuck in the elevator, she had a panic attack and passed out. 911 had to be called. What can be done about this? That’s ridiculous and now she is terrified to ever get back on an elevator…. They told us this happens all the time & something needs to be done about that because it could have been worse than it was.
