The house was ok for what we needed it for. The location is perfect. Everything was 3-10 minutes away, including the beach.

The kitchen is spacious, the bedrooms are very comfortable, the air conditioning works well, and the internet has a good signal.

While the home itself has the potential of a nice property, you can definitely tell it’s being poorly managed. The entire property was filthy. The moment we checked in the master bed was stripped completely. The comforter had staining. It looked as if previous renters bed linen was still on the bed. The master bed was horribly uncomfortable and we even tried the queen bed as well, it wasn’t any better. Every wall in the entire unit was covered in dirt and hand and finger prints. The couch was so disgusting that we wouldn’t even sit on. We had to wash 1 of the dirty quilts and use it to cover the couch. It was also very cheap and very uncomfortable. The floors were also dirty. Our Neighbors who checked in just days after us had the same exact issues. I highly believe my spouse and I should receive some compensation for this. While we did file a complaint upon checking in, by the time an offer was made to correct the issues we had already cleaned the unit. This is something that should have been done before we arrived. Especially since we received a text saying our unit was ready for early check in.

We stayed here when my daughter had a tournament at the sports center. Less than 10 minutes away! Five minutes to Broadway at the Beach, plenty of food options. Duplex was very clean, plenty of towels! The pictures are accurate. The living room needs more seating. All and all, we would stay again.

Very nice house just out side all the hustle but close enough to alot of fun things to do. Furniture could be more comfortable but wasn't awful.
