The home was lovely. Wonderful appliances. Elevator was quite helpful, except for the time it got stuck. The repair people were there quickly, so my stay inside was relatively short. The pool was very nice. Great stay! Close to lots of activities.

We loved this space. The main living space and pool areas were plenty big to accommodate all of us. The open kitchen made it easy to prepare meals. Access to the beach was right across the street. We spent time at both the beach and in the pool. The area was quiet and safe but still close to activities.

The view was prefect, the house and pool was great, it had everything you could think of . Will probably book it again next year on our family vacation.

The beds are great. The house is tastefully decorated. It has high end appliances.

We recently stayed at this rental for a 6-day vacation. While the house is in a great location—just across the street from the beach with easy access—we experienced several issues during our stay, and unfortunately, the lack of response from the management team made the situation far worse than it needed to be. From day one, the pool was a hazy green. Since we don’t own a pool, we weren’t sure if it was algae or safe for the kids to swim. Despite reaching out multiple times via phone and text, we were told that our concerns were being escalated to “local management.” However, we never received a single call back. It took two full days before the pool company came, at which point they added bleach and discovered the filter wasn’t working. They eventually set it to run 24/7, but by then, a third of our trip had passed. Other issues included: The elevator broke on day one (it was fixed the next day). Black mold on the ceiling of the third-floor bathroom. A hornet’s nest in one of the outdoor showers. Cockroaches mostly on the outdoor decks, but on our last night—right before an early flight—we saw one on the ceiling inside the house on the fourth floor. There are four beach chairs available, but they are small and a couple are rusty. If you’re driving, I’d recommend bringing your own. Also note that only bath towels are provided—no beach towels. The most frustrating part was the total lack of follow-through. Each time I contacted the support number, tickets were opened, but nothing ever came of them. I was clear during one of my phone calls that I was so frustrated with the ongoing lack of response that I intended to leave a 1-star review—so this review should come as no surprise to the property managers. This house has a lot of potential thanks to its location, but the poor communication and lack of proper maintenance really impacted our experience.

This was a very well furnished home with a private pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, a few minor issues but they were handled immediately. I can't complain at all, this was perfect for our family of 8!!
