Experience a wonderful and memorable escapade with your family and friends when you book this beachy condo! Located on the third floor, this retreat boasts the best lake views in the neighborhood from the private balcony, main bedroom, and living room. The open floor plan allows everyone to spread out yet be gathered at the same time. Whip up exquisite culinary masterpieces in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with granite countertops and modern appliances, including two coffee makers (a Keurig and a Nespresso machine). Then, retreat to the welcoming living area and stream your favorite movies and shows on the large smart TV. The private covered balcony provides you with a wonderful spot to sip your morning coffee or refreshing evening cocktail as you take in the marvelous views of the lake and fountain. In addition, you will be granted access to on-site amenities, including hiking trails, a 36-hole court along the Myrtlewood Championship Golf Course with a driving range, and seven pools. Take a walk on the trail provided or explore further in the area with nearby attractions such as Ripley's Aquarium, Hollywood Wax Museum, Broadway at the Beach (the largest entertainment venue along the Grand Strand with many shops, theatre, nightlife, and amusement for all ages), go-cart rides, and beaches. House Rules Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by Dwell's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

So beautiful, location was great by lake and pool! Kitchen super well stocked! Will stay again!

My children and grandchildren were made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome at the pool. Within 10 minutes of being there, security was called on them, and it felt like racial profiling. An older white woman left the area as soon as they arrived, which made the situation even more upsetting. This experience made my family feel like we did not belong.As for the condo itself, Magnolia Dreams was generally clean, but the balcony area needed more attention as there were several spiders. Additionally, the parental controls were locked on the living room TV, and the TV in the first bedroom would not connect to Wi‑Fi.

Great place with a very nice central location near many restaurants and attractions but far enough away from loud or rowdy areas. The place was super clean and quiet. We enjoyed having the balcony to hang out on during breakfast and thought the space was perfect for 5 people to enjoy comfortably. Only complaint is that the hard floors made it difficult to keep noise low because of the echoing, so it was easy to hear someone moving out in the common area from the bedrooms even if they were very quiet. Overall super clean and everyone enjoyed the stay!

The stay was very good,(7/18-7/21) we loved the area, but one of the twin beds, the box spring, is broken because it is too old and dirty, it is in the room near the kitchen The house did not have instructions for the stay, (where the garbage is thrown, or if the housekeeping does it) they also do not have guides for the TV channels, they do not have enough garbage bags
