This updated condo comes completely furnished for modern living. Stainless steel kitchen appliances make it easy to prepare everything from home-cooked meals to beach picnics. The dining table is the perfect spot to indulge in your culinary creations, especially thanks to the new bench cushions. The oceanfront balcony offers a scenic perch for sunrise coffee, but it also makes an ideal spot for a five o'clock cocktail. Everyone can gather together in the living room to stream shows and movies on the smart TV. If you're feeling productive, take advantage of the sit/stand desk added to the primary bedroom to get some remote work done. When the evening comes to a close, wind down in one of the comfortable bedrooms, all of which feature platform beds (to store things underneath) and new mattresses. This is a tough one for me to write. The unit itself was decent and the view of the ocean was great. Most of the people working there were very nice too. The positives were very positive, but the negatives were awful: 1) We had plumbing issues 2 out of the 4 nights we spent there. The sink made a weird gurgling noise around 630 and disgusting dirt water filled it. The first night, it then backed into the dishwasher and that disgusting water was all over the floor. Maintenance came and while they were very pleasant, could not fix it and needed to call a plumber. The plumber came at midnight and was there until 130am. The next night, the same thing happened, only it didnt back up on the floor. Now mind you, we spent both days out of the unit, so nobody was even using the sink all day either day. These things happen, and we understand, but on vacation, you want to relax and not have people you dont know in your room for 5 hours every night. I asked for compensation, and was told the best they could do was $170...which is ridiculous when I paid $1000 and 2 nights were ruined. 2) The TV in the living room and main bedroom are not smart TVs and have 1 DVD player to share, with a Redbox type of thing in the atrium. We received a coupon for a free DVD but it didnt work, so we ended up just not using it. 3) The pool and hot tub in one of the buildings was drained due to maintenance as were two of the pools outside. The pool and the hot tub in the third tower were extremely dilapidated and the hot tub was brown.

This unit is beautifully decorated and clean. The view is amazing, we did not have to leave the property for food with the on-site restaurants. We will definitely be staying again.

This is my fourth visit to Bay Watch and by far the best one. Staff was fantastic very accommodating. But the best part was our room newly renovated. 3 bedroom 3 baths. Room 0315 was beautiful for our 3 day stay the view was gorgeous. We didn't have to buy anything except food. If we can get it from now on that room will be what my family gets on our visit to the beach. And thanks again to the staff for being very accommodating to us for the late check in. Can't wait till next time😊😊😊😊
