Great stay, great location, and lots of space for larger groups!

Hello, I’m reaching out regarding several issues with the property that made our stay uncomfortable and far below the standard we expected. We were told we could not check in until 4 PM because the home was being cleaned, yet the place looked like it hadn’t been touched in quite some time. From the moment we arrived, the house was full of gnats, to the point where you can’t leave a drink unattended without them swarming around it. In addition, multiple people in our group developed bites that appear to be bug bites, and several look consistent with possible bed bugs, which is a serious health concern. There were also several maintenance issues: -Some TVs did not work -Toilet seats were loose -The AC was not working when we arrived -Overall, the property clearly needs a lot of TLC I understand there may be a management or cleaning company responsible for upkeep, but the owners should really review the quality of the services being provided. The condition of the home did not match what we were told or what we paid for. Given the cleanliness issues, the maintenance problems, and the health concerns, we will be seeking a partial refund and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and the condition of the property. This was a perfect location with plenty of room! It looks exactly like the photos that are posted and it is a very short walk to the beach 2 minutes if you're walking slow!

Loved the space

This home provided us with enough room for traveling with 9 kids and 4 adults. The access was easy and locating it was not hard after reading the directions provided. Each room provided enough space and slept all of our guest. We had pool access but weather did not permit us to enjoy this. We were only a few minutes (less than 15) from restaurants, stores, and events during our stay. We did not have a pool table but they are working to replace it with something else so this may be change by next booking. The pictures don't note this but the kitchen is on the second floor of this villa and there are steps going into the home from the garage as well. No access to elevators, 4th floor or 1 closet. It did not bother us at all. We were just there for a couple of days and have teens who are use to running up and down and we are younger so the steps weren't an issue.

The overall stay was just okay. Loved the location and walking distance from the beach, and it was spacious and a lot of bathrooms. a handful of negatives, unfortunately. The walls a paper thin. I traveled with a large group and stayed on the third floor. I could hear people simply coughing from the first floor, with my bedroom door shut. The dryer sounds like it's about to take off. So just don't do it when you are trying to sleep. Water NEVER gets hot. Lukewarm showers at best. Beds are hard and very, very squeaky. Sheets felt like I was sleeping on sand. Parking is extremely limited for how many guests it accommodates. 4 vehicles is pushing it if you have larger than sedans. Wasn't an issue for us but just an FYI there are A LOT of stairs. 2 flights just to get in the house. Overall, an okay stay, but I don't think it is worth the price that was paid.
