The condo is very comfortable and has a lot of amenities. Nice neighborhood, quiet, clean, and friendly. I will definitely rent from them again.

The quietness very busy when you go out to town nice to come back and it’s quite to relax

-broken bunk bed ladder making it unsafe to use -filthy linens -broken toilet paper holder -loud neighbors above keeping us awake -dirty grounds (trash and cigarette butts) I wrote a longer review previously that was conveniently deleted

Renovated nicely, furnished and supplied adequately and in good location to Cherry Grove Beach and North Myrtle Beach Sports Complex but needs pest control treatment. Close to pool and tennis courts.
