The condo was repeatedly praised for being exceptionally clean, neat, and immaculate throughout. Guests also enjoyed the lovely views of mature trees and the golf course from the balcony. Thoughtful features such as the kitchen, washer and dryer, smart televisions, parking nearby, and community amenities added to the overall appeal.

1. Th keypad entry is a nightmare. Each time we went out we couldn’t get back in. 2. The furniture is nice but the carpets are filthy. 3. Place could be really nice but furniture on balcony is old and dirty and unit is full of spider webs.

The place smelled like a dirty mop throughout the property. The carpets were covered in stains and the kitchen had dirty pots and pans with mixed matched utensils. The guest bed was hard like concrete and unusable. The master bed linens were dirty, stained and had hair on them. The toilet seats were covered with pee stains. For a 8 day stay the place was equipped with barely anything for a day not even a complimentary cup of coffee. Totally unacceptable for what they charged, when we found out our friends stay for $600 cheaper. Vacasa is the worst property management company ever, all you talk with is AI. Won’t refund us our money even though we checked out immediately due to cleanliness, filthy carpets, awful odor and unusable beds. complete joke. I highly recommend not to ever use Vacasa as your host because they don’t care if you stay in a place that is clean or comfortable.

The layout is nice for multiple people and the balcony is refreshing in the morning. Just be aware that there are stairs and no elevator. That wasn't a deal breaker for us, as I've stayed here multiple times now.

We needed a place to celebrate Thanksgiving in Myrtle and this was perfect! The location is awesome on a golf course with a walking path. The unit is spacious, exactly as pictured. The kitchen was great to cook our family meal. There were small things missing like pot holders and tissues or very few of such as dish towels and garbage bags. Overall I would recommend this property for off season in Myrtle Beach.
