I will honestly say that I enjoyed my stay! The apartment was clean and looked like the pictures! The communication was great and the information provided up until the trip was very helpful! I will be returning to this location!! This was a great way to spend my birthday weekend!!

had a good experience. I have stayed here in this complex for 30 years and it is clean, nicely located, safe. The unit is nice. Only small bummer was inability to check in early even though it appeared to be ready. Locks are on a timer and the VACASA hotline do not have the ability to make this decision

The outside appearance was not what I expected for a condo .but once we got inside the place was beautiful, nice and peaceful, very quiet and relaxing, I could hear the birds chirping around 530 am every morning, got much peace and quiet time that I needed!

We enjoyed our time in the area, but Dune Point B-11 could use some updates and attention to detail. When we arrived, there was dirty laundry left in the dryer, and the washer was extremely loud when in use. The towel bar in the bathroom was missing, and the temporary hook couldn’t hold a towel without falling off the wall. The clock’s hour hand didn’t work, and the walls and paint showed noticeable wear and tear. We reported a torn screen on the porch and multiple wasp nests in the entryway as soon as we arrived. Maintenance removed two nests by day three but left the mess behind, and one nest remained. The exterior of the complex looks nice in photos, but up close it shows signs of age—peeling paint, worn wood, and general maintenance needs. The HOA has strict rules, and unfortunately, some full-time residents weren’t very welcoming. We received a noise complaint even though we were only there to sleep, and neighbors frequently banged on walls while dogs barked nearby. With a little care and maintenance, this could be a much better.
