Overall, I'd give this stay 2 stars. The villa itself was nice, but several advertised amenities were misleading. The biggest issue was that we weren't told until after arrival that villa guests cannot drive or park at the beach or pool during the summer. With three young children and beach gear, having to walk or use the shuttle was a major inconvenience and something that should have been clearly disclosed before booking. We also never received the advertised towel card, and the fitness center was located in a different area than advertised, requiring another walk or shuttle ride. Although customer service responded, none of these issues were ever remedied. We expected much better communication and transparency from Vacasa.

This is a very nice home in beautiful community. Home was well maintained and clean with comfortable couches/beds, working TVs. Easy to get to pool/beach with shuttle or get steps in with roughly 10 minute walk. Our kids enjoyed the pool immensely with options for little people (lazy river, shuffle board, kids pool) and adults (swim up bar and several jacuzzis). Resort is across the street from restaurants and shopping at barefoot landing. Beach and pool was crowded on July 4th week. We would stay here again.

Very clean. The resort pools are so much fun! They had a DJ The shuttle made it so easy to travel to and from the pools.

Love the house and resort. We love the porch and easy access to the pools and beach by shuttle. The house definitely needs some maintenance, door off hinges ect. Some of the tvs are completely unusable because they wont pick up the wifi. The pests were our biggest issue. Millipedes were everywhere. Even after quick response and the house being sprayed the bugs continued to enter the house
