Very disappointed,when we arrived the smoke detector in the kitchen went off like every 15 seconds all evening and night , there was a candy wrapper in my bedroom laying on the window seal floor when I opened the curtains , the oven window has a gigantic streak of food or something spilled all down the inside, there was only one water glass in the one cabinet and only 2 wine glasses in the other and there were 4 adults. Also there was a letter in the packet where the 2 parking passes and wrist bands were and said there was a dry erase marker in there also but there was not any. In the hallway only 2 of the 3 lights worked and as you walked in the door as you the light straight ahead on the wall has nothing covering it and it doesn't work. The sliding door off the bedroom balcony sometimes worked and sometimes not. I was very disappointed with this booking. Doubt will book again through this company. Was told the smoke detector would be taken care of right away but a traveling maintenance man called me Sunday afternoon and said he just got the order to replace the smoke detector. I told him we were at the outlets and were leaving the next morning and he said oh ok I don't want to disturb you and I will come in the morning after you leave. Also I spoke with Vacasa a couple of times asking for another parking pass and they flatly refused and were not very nice to speak with and I even said I would purchase it but said NO but thankfully the front desk was so nice and helpful they gave me a parking pass. You really might want to think twice before booking through this company. I booked it through Airbnb. One last thing, if you need ice you better go buy some bc you need a key card to get in the room where the ice machine is. The refrigerator in the rental has no ice maker either. Very disappointed in this stay.
