It was good I wouldn't say great because of the water pressure in the room but other then that it was a good stay and the room was clean

Everything was good except some things inside the home , old tv not smart enough to get other apps to watch movies or ur favorite shows, water was sooo slow inside the kitchen and bathroom chairs were not comfortable for the balcony parking soooo tiny

The kids were happy to come to Patricia Grand a second time and love the lazy river, the hot tubs, the outdoor pool and the easy access to the ocean!!

I would recommend updating the furniture as it looks very old . It would be also good to replace the pillows and matresses and give the place a fresh coat of paint. The resort amenities are awesome. Also I appreciate Vacasa for their excellent customer service.

I was super disappointed i just was at this room last month and this time i came it was infested with roaches. There were baby roaches in the kitchen cabinets and bigger roaches everywhere else. I did complain and they came out to spray but then they all just started coming out it was a nightmare.
