You and your loved ones will have access to an array of community amenities, including an indoor hot tub, adult pool, and kiddie pool, an outdoor pool, and a fitness center. Start your day with a steamy cup of coffee on your private balcony as you admire the views of the ocean and the beach from the comfort of your condo. There is no kitchen, however, you'll have a convenient mini-fridge to store all of your snacks and goodies and a microwave to heat them all up! *THINGS TO KNOW We have recently replaced the mattress with a new one matching the other bed in the room. **THINGS TO KNOW There is a 40 lb weight limit for dogs. Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chow, Mastiffs, Doberman Pinschers, Akita, Wolf hybrids, Cane Corso, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Boxers, Huskies, American Bulldogs, Mini Bullies, and Belgian Malinois. This includes mixes of these breeds as well.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Room is NOT ocean front. It was advertised as such but is actually an ocean view room. Also I’m not sure if everyone decided to shower at one time but 2 days of our stay I had to take a cold shower. Room itself was very clean and a good size for a couple. Be aware that it is not ocean front. Balcony was accommodating for 2 people.

We traveled from Florida and chose this property because it offered pet-friendly rooms, which was perfect for us since we were traveling with our fur baby. That alone made the stay much more convenient and stress-free. The biggest highlight of our trip was the balcony view overlooking the beach — it truly made the stay worth it. The heated pool with the ocean view was also a great amenity and one of the best features of the property. The room itself was extremely clean upon arrival. Whoever prepared it did an amazing job — everything was spotless. We also had very pleasant interactions with the staff. From guest check-in to security to maintenance, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. That said, the property has a lot of potential but could definitely benefit from some updates. The appliances and furniture feel dated, and modernizing them would really elevate the overall experience. The bed was uncomfortable, the shower pressure wasn’t very strong, and the bathroom sink drain did not function properly, which made basic hygiene a bit frustrating during our stay. Overall, this property offers great views, strong amenities, and wonderful staff. With a little TLC and some updates, it could truly be an exceptional place to stay.

Loved the fact that it is a dog friendly residence. Even though we did not bring our dog; we are dog lovers. It was nice to see the little cuties around. & it was very quiet & clean for allowing pets.
