The Summit 2-A

As a family we would stay in the locations again, we now know what to expect, over all the home was great with a beautiful view. some updates are needed.

The location was perfect. Loved that it was an end Unit. Having the use of a full washer and dryer was wonderful. Hopefully we can rent this Unit next year.

I want to thank Vanessa for all of her support she did above and beyond expectations. The first property had an issue with the A/C unit. She was quick to find other accommodation. She was excellent with resolving the issue.

Great location and quick access to the beach. Room layout was great with plenty of room for our family of 8. Upon entry we noticed the floor was covered in quite a bit of sand (which can be hard to be avoided) but we also found several bugs, including a dead cockroach, the skillets in the cabinet were dirty and had left over eggs on them, the stove top was dirty with left over food on it, there was fingernail polish (or something of the sort) spilled on one of the coffee tables and floor, one of the bedrooms had no blinds or curtains on the side windows leaving the occupant exposed to people outside of the condo when changing. The condo was dirty enough that we didn't feel comfortable using the kitchen to prepare meals. The check out instructions ask you to sweep and mop before checking out, we did sweep but we're never able to locate a mop. There was old wrappers and toys in the recliners and behind/under the couch, crumbs and wrappers around the beds and in the bed rails. Upon check in we were sent a request to rate cleanliness and we responded with a "1". We immediately got a response saying that they wanted to fix it and send a cleaning crew out to clean the condo again. We asked them to let us know when as our stuff was now in the condo, and we never heard back. This could be a great place with a little updating and some deep cleaning.
