Situated on the north end of the building, this condo boasts side views of the beach and the ocean from its two balconies. It's a gorgeous spot to begin each morning - sipping coffee in the salty sea breeze, preparing breakfast in the open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and sitting down for pancakes before heading down to the beach.
