Good clean facilities for the most part. The bed was like sleeping on decking board so not good for those with back issues, the pull out bed in the living room was very nasty, stained and wasn’t as big as a couch cushion we didn’t use this so wasn’t a big deal to us but for those that would use it for kid or even separate guests it would absolutely wouldn’t fly other than that for the room no complaints. There are no staff member so trying to get basic supplies that the resort provides like towels and rags is a process other than having staff members on duty to get these things you have to call it in and wait for the supplies. The pool was great and was clean, and the view of the docks where the boats sit was really good overall very nice place to stay once you understand everything but not the best to get comfortable sleep. And when trying to get in contact with someone to get help there’s about 4 different phone numbers and three out of four of them answer you have the wrong number and hang up.

We loved waking up every morning and going out on the deck seeing boats taking off for the day we absolutely adored the privacy the fact that it is a private building is wonderful for people who are looking for a quiet stay nobody running up and down the halls etc this was an absolutely perfect couples get away
