The view from balcony was great. Perfect view for sunrise, the fireworks and able to see boardwalk well.

The bed and living room sofa were very comfy. The kitchen had everything a person needs. The 2 negatives I had were that I wish the bedroom had a ceiling fan as it did get a bit hot at night, however, there was a miniature fan in the closet that helped. The other negative was the view of the “pier” that added construction noise. I know there is nothing that can be done about that but if someone is looking for a beach view only, they would have to understand that it isn’t possible.

I loved the view! This was a very nice penthouse, could use some updating but still nice. Being that I went alone, I felt very safe. Definitely going to book again.

Killer view! Carpeting could be updated and the bed seemed broken (or broken springs, not sure). Overall it was okay. Better than staying in the hotel side of the resort
