Bay Watch 1135

Nice stay for the ocean front view and price. Furniture could be better but overall a good stay.

The room and the view was beautiful

We enjoyed our stay in room 1135. We would definitely book this room again. The beds were comfortable, even the Murphy bed. The room was clean and well kept. If you plan to do a lot of cooking, this may not be the room for you as the stove only had one working burner (as of April 2026).

Everything was great. People were super helpful when there was an issue with the hot tub. They immediately called somebody to work on it. Our room was great. Everything worked great in the hotel room. We are able to save money by having a full kitchen. The view is absolutely beautiful a very fun time and very family friendly.

The view was awesome. Pool area was nice.

The view and amenities were amazing. Very clean room and facility. The staff on the other hand was very rude upon checking in. They acted as if we didn’t belong there. I get it we are two plus size people that are from WV and don’t dress fancy but we are still human and deserve to be treated as such. The gave us no information about where our room was, what the codes for the parking garage was. The just gave us the card that had the code for the room on it and said this is the password your in the south tower. That’s was it. If it wasn't for booking.com telling me I was on the 11th floor I would have had no clue what floor we were on. Maybe we should have asked yes. But we drove all night for 12hrs to get there, we were very tired and wasn't thinking. Luckily a very nice lady saw we were lost and looked at the paper work and said that’s the password for the parking garage not your room number. Then flipped to the inside of the paperwork and said this is your room number. We never even noticed it. Do to our truck breaking down and being in the shop the day we were supposed to leave for the beach we had to rent a 15ft u-haul to pull a trailer down to the state fair then head to the beach. When we got there and the ladies at check in we very rude we asked where we could park bc our clearance is 11ft. The parking garage is only 9ft. She said you’ll have to drive up three blocks and park there and walk back. Come to find out we could have parked across the street from the main tower for an extra $25. Why did she not offer this too us when she knew we wouldn’t fit in the parking garage? Simply because a u-haul isn’t the look they want outside there resort. It’s too trashy for them. Then she said well even if it would fit under the garage it’s too long. 15ft is too long and won’t fit in a spot. In reality it’s not. Our truck is a mega cab with an extended bed, exceeding 15ft. And when my father arrived with the truck after it had been fixed it fit perfectly fine in parking garage. Yes we stick out. But that happens everywhere we park. You just learn to park at the very end. We ended up returning the u-haul and getting a rental car bc of how the ladies made us feel and told us we could only park blocks away and have to walk back every time. That’s just not reasonable. For as much as we spent on the room we should have been treated better and better accommodated.
