Bay Watch 1139

The pools and beach access were great! Customer Service was awesome. The only negative i have is that our whirlpool tub in the room was broken and the stove was old and rusting a bit. It was functional though. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

We have stayed at Bay Watch serval times over the years and have always enjoyed our stay. Some condos are nicer than others but everyone we stayed in was clean. You don't have to leave the resort for anything they have a restaurant, inside and outside bar, gift shop that has ice cream 😊, numerous pools and a couple hot tubs. We would definably recommend Bay Watch !!

I loved the private balcony, the fluffy pillows, comfy mattress, and the complimentary coffee.

We enjoyed our time at the beach! Love being able to look out over the water from the balcony. We love the close proximity to the beach and the many pools within the complex, especially lazy rivers. Worked well for our family of four. Full fridge allows us to have stuff for breakfast and pack lunches for the beach time. Kitchen is not huge but functional for our stay. Really enjoyed our beach vacation.

I was not happy at all. It started out good at the front desk our room was ready early so we got in early. That was great we were all excited. Then we got in the room and the floor was soaked from the condensation. I had a baby with me and he kept falling we had to choose to be hot and miserable or cool and comfortable. The living room and bedroom tv didn’t work. A gentleman came and helped us fix the bed room tv but had to replace the living room tv without taking the broken one with him. The place is not child proofed at all even though I stated that I would be bringing a baby with me. The jets in the tub didn’t work which really sucked would have been nice to use them and the hair dryer didn’t work at all. The staff was not great I felt like I couldn’t ask them about anything or for anything without getting some sort of attitude or vibe of displeasure. I get no one really likes their job but when you’re in customer service you gotta fake it till you make it. The same night I checked in the room above us threw water off their balcony and me and my family were blamed for it and instead of waiting for security to talk to my husband in the room they called me and told me it was a felony and I could be charged a massive fine even though it wasn’t us. The beds were so uncomfortable. We bark slept the whole time we were their. My husband was also told that the breakfast in the center tower was complimentary it was absolutely not we went in thinking it was free because that’s what we were told but ended up paying for a buffet because it was not free at all. I can not express how angry and disappointed I am about this stay especially with it being our first family vacation they should be enjoyed not miserable if it wasn’t for the fact that we drove 16 hours their and and the kids desperately wanted to stay despite all the problems and the fact that our car broke down the day of arrival we would have left immediately. I would never recommend this place to even my worst enemy. I want a refund I will never be staying at this resort again the only good part was the town itself and the beach.
