Seaside Retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay! The property was clean, convenient to all things, and had perfect amenities. Would definitely return!

The department was pretty good. There was a little sand in our bathtub, but overall pretty clean. The problem I had was with customer service. I called ahead to make sure that both families could get through the gate and we had a big issue with getting our passes. Then when we left a large item on the counter by mistake, after four days of calling, they just said they couldn’t find the item which means that nobody looked because it was big and obvious. You have to call Vacassa for everything and then they have to call the property, which makes everything more convoluted than just being able to call the property or the owner directly. I’ve stayed at the Bridgewater five times and I’ve never had so much trouble with gate passes or customer service. We do love the property though it’s an older building, but it’s nice. Each condo is separately owned so it definitely varies..

Our family of 3 had the best time at this property! We enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the waves roll up in the morning, spending all day by the beach and lazy river, and sunsets from the balcony. The amenities that Litchfield has to offer were wonderful, we even enjoyed the indoor pool on a rainy day. The condo had everything we needed to make dinner, enjoy some cocktails, and relax on the sofa with a movie. The two bedrooms were spacious and nicely decorated. We plan on coming back again this year!

Had an amazing stay at the Seaside Retreat. The condo had everything we could want and the facilities were top notch. Would highly recommend and not be surprised if my family requests another stay! Thank you!

Roomy 2 bedroom unit with an ocean view. Easy access to the beach and to the pool area. Our trip was mid-May, so it hadn't gotten too hot or too crowded yet. Good place for a quiet beach vaca.

Location was excellent. The layout of condo was great.
