Pinehurst X-7

Upon arriving, we found false eyelashes in the bathroom sink, on the twin beds and on the floor. The sheets on the twin beds were not clean. There was something sticky on them and they were stuck together in spots. We immediately went to the grocery store and purchased laundry detergent and disinfecting cleaner and washed the sheets and the bathroom thoroughly. This definitely had not been done before our arrival. The queen bed in the primary is in severe need of a new mattress. It is in terrible condition and caused us great discomfort. The appliances in the kitchen were beyond use, as were the pots and pans. We washed all the dishes we used by hand because I would not trust the dishwasher to function. The control knob on the washer is not functioning properly and required a special touch to make it work. The rugs and floor looked tired and were not very clean. I found multiple jelly beans on the floor which I would have been picked up by the cleaning staff. Overall, I was very disappointed with this property. Having used Vacasa previously and had excellent results, I expected more than we received with this property. This property needs a complete and deep cleaning to start and updates to much of the items within. Side Note: I contacted guest services about the eye lashes and sticky sheets. I was asked to look for spare sheets and send photos. We had already cleaned and had the sheets in the wash so no photos could be sent and no spare sheets were in the unit. Didn’t hear back again.

Great time.. nice people.. easy check in and out.. if they fix the queen bed.. it would be 100 instead of 99

Loved the house but need maintenance before rental is taken. Was even offered anything for our unhappiness.

The unit was not clean or well-maintained. We spent the second of two nights without air-conditioning. The unit was 85°. Communication regarding the problem was difficult, slow, and not courteous.

We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything we needed was provided, and the check-in process was simple and hassle-free. The location was great and made it easy to enjoy local attractions and activities. We traveled with our son and felt right at home. The home was welcoming, well-maintained, and provided the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. We made great memories during our trip and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a great experience! The property was exactly what we needed for the weekend at a baseball tournament. The property itself is great and was very clean. The location is perfect as well! We will be back.
