Guests have access to the entire home, including the main living level, the king primary suite on the upper level, both bedrooms, both bathrooms, the in-unit washer and dryer, and the upstairs waterfront deck. Please note this is a multi-level home: the living space is reached by an exterior staircase from the ground-level parking, and the king primary suite is up an additional flight of stairs. It is a wonderful fit for guests comfortable with stairs. Self check-in is available via lockbox for a simple, flexible arrival. Long Island Village is a gated community; you will receive entry details before arrival and pick up your gate card and amenity wristbands at the Welcome Center. Covered parking is available on the ground level beneath the home.

Long Island Village is a gated, amenity-rich resort community set on the water near Port Isabel, just across the Queen Isabella Causeway from South Padre Island. It is a friendly, golf-cart-paced place with pools, golf, tennis, a marina, and a full calendar of community activities, and it puts the beaches, fishing, and dining of the Texas Gulf Coast within easy reach.

A vehicle is recommended. Long Island Village sits just across the swing bridge from Port Isabel, with South Padre Island a short drive over the Queen Isabella Causeway, and many guests get around the community by golf cart. Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport and Valley International Airport in Harlingen are each roughly an hour away.

• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. • Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in consideration of our neighbors. • This is a multi-level home reached by an exterior staircase, with the primary suite up an additional flight of stairs. • The canal and waterfront are not fenced, so please supervise children closely near the water. • Pets are welcome with prior approval and a pet fee. • The minimum age to rent is 25. • Only registered guests are permitted on the property. • Please respect Long Island Village community rules, and pick up your gate card and amenity wristbands at the Welcome Center on arrival. • Every reservation includes accidental damage protection for added peace of mind. • Additional fees and taxes may apply to your reservation total. • No smoking, parties, or events.
