Welcome to your beautiful beach vacation at Carpinteria Shores! This newly remodeled, lavish, first-floor, two-bedroom, one-bathroom vacation rental is the crown jewel of the complex! It is on the beachfront in stunning Carpinteria, California. With incredible ocean views and direct access to the sand, this is the ideal lush spot for a fun getaway.

Step inside this comfortable, stylish vacation rental, and you'll find a cozy living room and kitchen designed with ultra-modern fixtures perfect for relaxing after an exciting day in the sun. Lounge or eat outside and hear the sound of the waves daily! The deck has a comfy couch and chairs and a dining table for four. So, kick back and watch the kids play on the sand on one of the world's safest beaches!

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to create delightful feasts during your stay. It is equipped with contemporary cabinets, stone counters, hardwood floors, and stainless-steel appliances, with lots of seating at the huge kitchen bar to feed the family after a long day at the beach!

The living room is well-appointed with a sizeable flat-screen TV that rises up from the countertop so you can snuggle up with a great movie on a lazy afternoon. The living room has a sliding glass door leading to a beachfront patio deck, where you can enjoy a morning cup of joe or an evening glass of vino while taking in the spectacular ocean views.

The master bedroom has a comfy new queen bed, a closet, end tables, and a modern art-framed flat-screen TV. The second bedroom has a twin/full bunk-bed and end table, a closet, and an art-framed flat-screen TV.

Parking for one car is available in the gated parking area – No large trucks, please. Street parking is available. There is a coin-operated washer/dryer onsite.

Carpinteria Shores is located on the beach, so you can walk out of your vacation rental and onto the sand in just a few steps. The beach is perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and surfing, and there are plenty of nearby shops and restaurants to enjoy.

The Winter Sand Berm is being taken down now 03/03/2025

*Winter Sand Berm: The construction of the city's winter sand berm is a strategic measure, informed by the annual tidal patterns influenced by celestial alignments. The timing of the berm's erection is determined by the specific positioning of the Earth relative to the sun and the moon, resulting in typical installation periods from early December through early to mid-March. However, these dates are subject to variation due to the dynamic nature of lunar and solar cycles rather than arbitrary human decision-making.

For instance, historical data indicates that the berm was dismantled on March 10th, 2021, and on March 2nd in 2020. This year, the construction of the sand berm is scheduled for November 29th, 2023, aligning with the predicted celestial and tidal conditions. These dates exemplify the adaptation to the annual celestial shifts.

Beyond its functional purpose, the sand berm offers unique recreational opportunities. Visitors can traverse its height to enjoy an enhanced perspective of the surroundings or utilize it as an elevated seating area by placing beach chairs atop it.
