This unit has two spacious bedrooms with a king and two twins to sleep four people. You are free to bring your own twin blow-up mattress and linens for a 5th person if you like. Each room has a flat-screen TV and cable for you to enjoy your favorite shows. It has a gorgeous walk-in shower, living room, and beautiful patio with grass. There is a community washer/dryer in the facility and a gated parking lot. There is an outdoor full and foot shower near a private gate to Carpinteria beach sand. Also available is an outdoor BBQ/entertainment area for your enjoyment.
