Suite H103 at Mara Laguna

I loved the condo and the furnishings very much. The reason I deducted a star was that the condo had an ant problem. There were ants on the floor in all the rooms. I would not hesitate to return or recommend if the ant issue was resolved. The condo was very well appointed.

From the moment we arrived, the lagoon view completely stole the show. Each morning began with coffee overlooking calm, glassy water, and every evening closed with breathtaking sunsets that made it hard to step away from the balcony. The location strikes the perfect balance—close enough to easily enjoy San Pedro’s restaurants and attractions, yet tucked within Mara Laguna, where it feels like a peaceful retreat. Having convenient grocery options nearby was an added bonus, making it easy to stock up and settle in comfortably. After a full day exploring the island and taking in its sights, it was always a joy to return to the condo—a quiet, beautiful place to relax and recharge. The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with everything needed, whether for a simple breakfast or a full, home-cooked meal, adding both ease and functionality to the stay. What truly sets this condo apart is how the views carry throughout the entire space. Both the living area and bedrooms showcase stunning water vistas, creating an atmosphere that feels bright, open, and seamlessly connected to the natural beauty outside. It genuinely feels like a home away from home—only better. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing, scenic, and perfectly situated getaway in San Pedro.

Great place and great location with an outstanding patio to watch the crocodiles. We really appreciate the extra security.

The staff on property is very accommodating and helpful. We left a passport in the room and Vacasa and security sent on the Water Taxi to Belize City. I loved watching the crocks swim and they would come near the backyard. It was a great stay and I would recommend. There are a few stores a close walk away and a few bars.

We are a group of 5 and we loved the apartment. The view and the terrace was very confortable.

The property is clean. There was a 5 gallon water jug upside down in the sink. Would’ve been nice to be provided drinking water. Speaking of water we had no water pressure at all the first day. Couldn’t shower, flush the toilets or wash your hands. Took until mid day to get it fixed. The property is conveniently located.
