Begin each morning by watching the sunrise over the Caribbean Sea from the beachfront veranda, and spend your days kayaking from the shared dock, swimming in the communal seaside pool, and relaxing in your air-conditioned living space. Cook your favorite meals in the kitchen, enjoy them in the dining area, and open the glass doors to let in the fragrant breezes and sounds of the sea! This condo is part of Blue Water Beach Villas, a beachfront property that sits 6 miles north from the local airport in a tranquil part of the island. You'll be just a few steps from the sand, the sea, and the dock, and a few minutes from a couple of restaurants, bars, and a spa. You'll also find several scuba diving centers in the area, with whom our concierge can organize fishing, snorkeling, and scuba trips to the barrier reef. Venture a bit further and you'll be on the sands of Secret Beach after driving five miles, while San Pedro is only six miles away. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Two complimentary kayaks are provided. A golf cart or bike is necessary to get around.

The apartment B1 at Blue Water Beach villas was our home for one week. We really enjoyed it's location, far enough from the hustle and bustle of San Pedro, but close enough to the convenience we needed. The house was perfectly located and the surroundings were attractive. San Pedro is dealing with a lot of sargassum outbreaks so the property wasn't spared in this regard. They really can spoil a beach with their smell. The unit itself was nice but could have used a little more TLC.

We enjoyed our stay here, unit had nice view and also some amenities that weren’t mentioned. ( would have been nice if they were listed as we. Brought our own; such as beach towels & shower amenities ). Furniture was comfy and bed linens were very nice! kitchen was stocked well with pots/ pans etc, had everything we needed to cook a few nights. AC was great. We enjoyed the location north of town - we enjoyed being away from town- be prepared for a 20-25 minute jaunt. There are some closer restaurants to the unit and we would 100% return.

What a peaceful retreat! The condo is about a 30 minute golf cart ride north of the hustle and bustle of San Pedro proper; quiet and beautiful. There are a few restaurants within 15 minutes of the condo. The pool and kayaks were fun and the condo had everything we needed to fix some meals in and just enjoy the beach! A great anniversary trip!

We absolutely recommend this unit. Ground level was superior. Beautiful view was postcard perfect. the road conditions and the mosquitoes. Vacasa cannot control Plan accordingly with bug repellent and a good golf cart. Third time in Belize stayed twice in the south and would absolutely recommend this unit.
