The rental has AC, free WiFi, TV and cable, washer/dryer, and a full kitchen equipped with steel appliances and beautiful granite countertops for easy meal preparation. In addition, you have a great balcony with views and a dock and beach to enjoy shared only with the other vacation rentals in the condo. Venture outside your vacation retreat and you'll be on the sands of Secret Beach after driving five miles, while San Pedro is only six miles away. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Beach towels and eight beach chairs are provided for guest use.

Our stay in D3 on Ambergris Caye from December 14–19 was absolutely lovely. The condo was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for a relaxing island stay. We especially appreciated the easy access to the beach and the stunning views that made every morning and evening feel special. The location was perfect—close enough to enjoy everything San Pedro has to offer, yet peaceful and quiet when we wanted to unwind. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we would happily stay here again.
